On the Israel-China (Sichuan) Economic and Trade Innovation Cooperation Conference held in Mianyang on September 7th, Sichuan and Israel jointly released China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City Action Plans For Enhancing Israel and Sichuan Innovating Economic and Trade Cooperation specifying to strengthen cooperation in 10 major fields, including electronic information, artificial intelligence, new energy automobiles, aviation, intelligent manufacturing, new materials, biological medicine, water treatment, modern agriculture, clean energy and so on. 

　　Israel and Sichuan have specified to construct a batch of high-level Sichuan-Israel cooperation platforms of high level, and encourage research and development institutes, venture capital firms, and companies to establish and foster technical cooperation parks, incubators, accelerators and other platforms with different features in accordance with marketing methods. All levels of Sichuan governments will provide all kinds of necessary supports for these platforms, optimize the allocation of technical resources, enhance the bearing capacity of these innovation cooperation platforms, negotiate to establish all types of industrial cooperation funds, and promote the capitalization and industrialization of technical cooperation achievements.

　　Sihcuan will further improve cooperation mechanism with Israel relevant departments, establish mutual economic and trade investment promotion platforms, deepen the cooperation between mutual companies, organizations, industrial parks, industrial clusters and so on, strengthen exchanges between technical and innovative talents, continuously promote Sichuan and relevant municipalities to develop mutual innovative cooperation and economic promotion activities of wider fields and multiple levels with Israel and Israeli municipalities.
