10 people’s well-being projects and 20 people’s well-being beneficial cases of Sichuan are being implemented smoothly. These 10 people’s well-being projects involve in 51 categories 101 items. There are 33 items which have been completed the targets and 55 items which have been reached or surpassed the target procedures. While in these 20 people’s well-being beneficial cases, there are 7 cases which have been completed the annual targets and 8 cases which have been reached or surpassed the target procedures.

　　In terms of employment enhancement, the employment rate of college graduates in June has amounted to 86.14%, rising 25.59%, completing 110.44% of the annual target. There are 3,540 new jobs providing for the unemployed, making the number to 26,350, accounting for 87.83% of the annual targets. The initial employment rate of 2014 “9+3” graduates for minority zones has reached 93.09%, accounting for 97.99% of the annual targets.

　　In terms of education assistance projects, there are 7,300 kids enjoying free or some kindergarten fee for minority counties (districts) in June, amounting to 198,400 kids and completing 110.22% of annual targets.  There are 145,300 students from poverty-stricken families enjoying living allowance in June, making the number to 1,177,600 students, completing 100.65% of the annual targets. Meanwhile, there are 3,532,700 rural students in compulsory education period enjoying nutritional dietary allowances for national and provincial pilot cities, completing 107.05% of the annual targets.

　　In terms of poverty alleviation projects, for major assistant people suitable for medical assistant conditions, 70% of their hospital fees after medical insurance could be aided, accounting for 100% of the annual targets. Sichuan has also helped 69,702 rural disabled people to involve into producing, completing 82.28%. There are also 53,100 people received legal assistance in June, making the number to 289,100, completing 80.30% of the annual aim.

　　In terms of funds, by the end of June, a total of 108.881 billion yuan from all levels of financial authorities for those 10 people’s well-being projects and 20 people’s well-being beneficial cases, accounting for 92.3% of the planned funds. There is 67.887 billion yuan of subsidies from the Central Government, accounting for 95.6%. 20.781 billion yuan from provincial financial department has been located, accounting for 86.6%. Meanwhile, there is 18.213 billion yuan from municipal and county budgets, accounting for 87.8%.
