ARJ21 China New Regional Jet has operated a year on June 28th by Chengdu Airlines. Data indicate that ARJ21 airplane has carried 150,000 passengers with the seat attendance rate about 90%. On 2017 China Civil Aviation Industry Forum held in Chengdu on the same day, ARJ21 aircraft which is affectionately called as “A Jiao” has handed over her first year-end summary.

　　Relevant responsible manager from Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd indicates that ARJ21 aircraft has completed the whole process of design, manufacturing, test, pilot flying, data collection, producing, delivery, and operation in accordance with international airworthiness standards, meaning that Chinese jetliner has entered into the stage of marketing operation.

　　ARJ21 aircraft is the first jet feeder plane of China designed by international civil aviation regulations. Currently, Chengdu Airlines have received 2 ARJ21 airplanes and conducted 16 flight routes in 5 days per week. ARJ21 flights Chengdu Shuangliu Airport to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport via Changsha Huanghua Airport on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and flights round trip of Chengdu Shuangliu to Changsha Huanghua.

　　Chengdu Airlines have purchased 30 ARJ21 airplanes and will receive another 5 planes in 2017. While the rest will be delivered in the following 6 years. In mature operation, Chengdu Airlines will design and arrange regional branches, plateau and tourism routes based on the characteristics of ARJ21 aircraft.

　　At present, Sichuan has about 10 enterprises officially becoming the qualified suppliers of Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd in fields such as avionics, large forgings and so on by taking ARJ21 and C919 as example. Moreover, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd has also built Civil Aviation Demonstration Industrial Park faced Southwest China and Northwest China and influencing Southeast Asia in Chengdu in order to satisfy Chengdu’s aviation demonstration operation and development needs. This industrial park has been started to construct since 2015. After completion, this park will create 4 business sectors including flight simulation training, aircraft maintenance, aviation material support, engineering technical support in order to build a comprehensive safeguarding system, support and provide services for civil aviation marketing operation of China.
