On April 26, Sichuan Industrial Development Investment Guide Fund City Line Activities were launched in Yinbin and have established cooperation with enterprises in the region. It is known that, since Sichuan established the first array of industrial development investment guide funds in 2015, the number of the guide funds which the Department of Finance of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government has initialized and bought into has reached 20 and the fiscal investment has accounted for 12.92 billion yuan with the funds totaling 103.6 billion yuan.

　　According the relevant official in the department, currently Sichuan has made investment decisions and signed agreements of 77 projects for the industrial development investment guide funds, and has invested and plans to invest a total number of 12.593 billion yuan, mainly covering the key industries appointed by Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Sichuan Provincial People’s Government such as integrated circuit, medical care, culture and tourism, and infrastructure. At the same time, the number of projects in track reaches 1,300 with a demanding investment of over 128 billion yuan. This year, the Department of Finance will conduct Industrial Development Investment Guide Fund City Line Activities in several cities and regions in Sichuan, setting up platform for information exchanges about the funds and projects, forging a normalized mechanism for mutual-connection between funds and projects, and easing the financial burden of local regions during the implementation of key projects. During the activities, four projects of Grace Group in Yinbin have won equity investments from the funds including new materials and fine chemicals.

　　The Department of Finance will continue to perfect the management system of the funds to accelerate project investments, regulate the establishment of funds, optimize the operation, and improve the supporting institutions, so as to promote the equal participation, mutual benefits, and win-win cooperation among funds, industries, and the government.
