On December 4th, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, presided over the 161st executive meeting of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, where the reform of administrative examination and approval system as well as the establishment, authorized strength and management of administrative departments were studied and arranged.

　　In the meeting, Notification on Deepening Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval System was approved, which requires to speed up the exploration and establishment of  a working system and an approval mechanism with Sichuan characteristics and actively promote the "Internet + government services”, building the integrated online government service platform of our province, accelerating the interdepartmental information sharing and affairs collaboration as well as the perfect coordination of online and offline halls. In this way, we will further reduce systematic transaction cost, facilitate people and enterprises and stimulate creativity and social vitality of the market. It is also required that we should make full use of the modern information technology to facilitate people and strengthen overall coordination and cooperation as well as supervision and inspection, ensure that the reform of the administrative examination and approval system is implemented well and continue to be deepened.

　　In the meeting, Regulations of Establishment, Authorized Strength and Management of Administrative Departments of Sichuan Province was also approved, which perfects departments setting and the rules and process of their authorized strength and management, and emphasizes that special management should be conducted in their authorized size, while any intervention of the authorized strength and management, adding new departments, enlarging the staff scale or over-hire staff without authorization are allforbidden.

　　Other matters were also studied in the meeting.

　　Prior to this meeting, Mr. Ma Shihua, Director of the Institute of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, has delivered a speech about learning and implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of CPC, deepening the structural reform of supply side and innovating modern supply chains.
