On Dec.21st, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, presided over the 162nd executive meeting of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government to study and arrange the work of governance streamlining and authority delegation of the free trade area.

　　In the meeting, TheFirst Provincial-Level Items List To Be Implemented by Management Committee of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone was approved, which contains 33 items delegated from the provincial authority to the administrative committee of the free trade area, including project investment, commercial registration, drug management, transportation, education, press and publication, etc. It is stressed in the conference that we should learn from the experience of other free trade zones, deepen the reform of “governance streamlining and authority delegation”, speed up the transformation of government functions, and stimulate market vitality and social creativity.

　　It is decided to revise Management Methods of Administrative Documents of Sichuan Province, the risk assessment, cleanup, fair competition review and legality review of regulative documents having been added.

　　17 outstanding individuals such as Jing Hao and 2 groups acting bravely for just causes were rewarded.

　　Other issues were also studied.

　　Before this executive meeting, Mr.Yu Huiwen, Director of Environmental Protection Department of Sichuan Province, talked about the strengthening of soil pollution control and rehabilitation and better shouldering the holy mission of building a beautiful Sichuan.
