Recently, Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce has released the latest statistics of e-commerce in our province: the online transaction volume from January to October this year was 2.16 trillion yuan, an increase of nearly 30% over the same period of last year, which has exceeded the total of last year’s 2.12 trillion yuan. Among them, the online retail sales volume amounted to 252.7 billion yuan, an increase of 34.15% on year on year basis.

　　According to the statistics of Sichuan Provincial E-commerce Big Data Center, Chengdu, Mianyang and Meishan have ranked the top three in physical network retail sales volume, accounting for 76.22%, 3.71% and 2.27% respectively of the total in our province. In terms of industries, the retail sales of 3C digital, clothing and shoes, food and health care have been the top three in physical industry, registering 23.08%, 19.04% and 14.92% respectively.

　　Chengdu, Leshan and Aba have ranked top three in online service retail sales volume, with respective proportion of 64.04%, 8.53% and 4.31% of the total. The top three industries have been online travel, online catering and life services, all of which have accounted for more than 75% of the province's online service retail sales.
