On June 15th, First Company and Bank Negotiation Conference for Sichuan Military and Civilian Industrial Integration organized by Sichuan Banking Regulatory Bureau, Sichuan Military and Civilian Integration High-Tech Industrial Union, Mianyang Municipal People's Government was held in Mianyang. 24 Sichuan banking institutes and 83 companies concerning military and civilian integration industry attended the negotiation conference. On the conference, 8 banks and 8 companies signed contracts with the amount of 14.36 billion yuan.

　　In recent years, Mianyang has listed military and civilian integration as the highlight of comprehensive innovation and reform trial, concentrated on constructing financing system to achieve the docking between financing capitals and military and civilian integration industries and assist the booming of military and civilian integration industries. Currently, there are 446 military and civilian integration companies whose annual output has reached 172 billion yuan, accounting 50% of the total amount in Sichuan. To promote military and civilian integration industrial development, Mianyang has established 3 targeted financing centers, launched over 10 kinds of credit products with military and civilian integration, and established military and civilian integration industrial funds of 500 million yuan and transference funds of 2 billion yuan.

　　Sichuan banking institutes, aiming at military and civilian integration industrial development, have worked hard to improve service system, optimize credit process, launch new credit products, and improve the financing coverage for military and civilian integration systems. By the end of March, Sichuan banking institutes have provided credit line for 386 military and civilian integration companies with the amount of 61.592 billion yuan, provided loans for 304 companies of 21.356 billion yuan, including 9.781 billion yuan of unsecured loans.
