From June 1st to June 6th at local time, Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, led an delegation to extend exchanges in France.

　　On June 6th, 2016 Sichuan and France Enterprises Economic and Trade Promotion and Project Signing Ceremony was held in Paris. Governor Yin Li and Mr. Henri Baissas, Chief Operating Officer of Export Division of Business France, attended the contract signing ceremony and delivered a speech respectively. In his speech, Governor Yin Li said that recently years had witnessed the increasingly closer exchanges and cooperation in personnel exchanges, economy and trade, and intensified cultural tourism between Sichuan and regions of France. Sichuan was sincerely looking forward to extending cooperation in wider fields, deeper levels and higher standards with relevant France departments in order to further enhance industrial cooperation levels, expand cooperation coverage, and share new development opportunities. Mr. Baissas pointed out that in recent years enterprise cooperation between Sichuan and France had achieved remarkable achievements. He hoped that enterprises from Sichuan and France could further improve cooperation and expand investment. A batch of cooperation projects covering fields such as energy, electricity, food, tourism and so on were signed on the ceremony with the total investment of 3.2 billion yuan. Sichuan France Investment Promotion Office was established as well on the ceremony. Representatives from well-known enterprises and commercial chambers from Sichuan and France attended the promotion.

　　While in France. Governor Yin Li met Mr. Philippe Richert, President of Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine Region, and Carole Delga, President of Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées Region. They had reached consciousness in inheriting and developing friendly cooperation relationship. On June 4th, Sichuan signed Friendly Relationship Agreement with Languedoc-Roussillon-Midi-Pyrénées Region to further specify cooperation in economy, trade, education, culture, tourism, sports, hygiene and so on. Enterprise cooperation negotiation conference had also been held.
　　
　　Governor Yin Li also respectively met Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin, former Prime Minister and member if the French Senate for Vienne, and Mr. Marseille, Secretary of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When meeting Mr. Raffarin, Governor Yin Li extended sincere gratitude toward him for his remarkable contributions in promoting exchanges and cooperation between France and Sichuan. He hoped to achieve new progress and achievements in jointly promoting high-level official visit and strengthening enterprise exchanges and cooperation. Mr. Raffarin said all sectors of France had highly valued the friendly relationship with Sichuan and were willing to promote comprehensive investment cooperation and exchanges between France and Sichuan. When meeting with Mr. Marseille, Governor Yin Li also exchanged opinions concerning deepening friendly relationship and strengthening economic and trade cooperation.

　　Governor Yin Li also visited Airbus Corporation and France Aerospace Institute, witnessed the signing of cooperation agreements between Sichuan Airlines, AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Industrial Group and Airbus Corporation, between Civil Aviation Flight University of China and France Aerospace Institute, together with John Leahy, Vice President of Airbus and Mr. Lesbre, President of France Aerospace Institute. Governor Yin Li also met Mr. Gilles Boussac, Vice President of Peugeot Citroen, and Mrs. Sandra Lagumina, Vice President of Engie Group, and so on. He visited Huawei France Aesthetics Research Institute and met Mr. Zhai Jun, Ambassador of China in France.
