On May 19th, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and Inspur Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Chengdu. Mr. Yin Li, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC, Governor of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and Sun Pishu, President of Inspur Group, attended the contract signing ceremony and delivered a speech respectively.

　　According to the agreement, Inspur Group will take Sichuan as the key zone for strategic development, actively get involved in the investment and construction of Sichuan major projects and expand gradually comprehensive and in-depth strategic cooperation to achieve mutual development. Inspur Group plans to invest a total of 5 billion yuan to construct Southwest China Headquarters and Research and Development Center based on Chengdu to develop cloud computing, big data, cloud service operation, smart city operation and so on, provide services to the whole Sichuan, and exert influence on the Southwest Asia. Inspur Group will work with Sichuan to construct Southwest China Super Computing Center to provide efficient, fast and stable super computing services for military companies, research institutes and private companies in Western China, and explore new mode for super computing cooperation and operation with companies. Moreover, Sichuan will extend cooperation with Inspur Group in government cloud, big data platforms, smart tourism design and so on.

　　Mr. Liu Jie, Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, and Mr. Yuan Yisheng, CEO of Inspur Group, signed the agreement on behalf of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and Inspur Group. Mr. Luo Qiang, Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and so on, also attended the agreement signing ceremony.
