"We signed a 5 million yuan contract with a pharmaceutical enterprise in Shanghai and in a month, the contract has been performed over 1 million yuan." Mr. Tian Hai, General Manager of Dazhou Xinhai Agricultural Development Co., Ltd, said that apart from normal business, they also attended all the activities of “Sichuan Products In China” . Enterprises enhanced industrial processes and product packaging in accordance with market demands. Therefore, the costs are decreased and brand value has been improved rapidly.

　　Reporters have learned from Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce that in 2015 Sichuan has organized over 1,000 activities of “Beneficiary Shopping in Sichuan”, “Sichuan Products In China”, “Sichuan Enterprises At Abroad” which have attracted the participation of about 100,000 enterprises and achieved trade volume of 577 billion yuan. The number of activities, enterprises and trade volume have all surpassed that of last year. 3 major activities have been an important platform for Sichuan to expand domestic demands and international market.
　　
     Sichuan serves to stabilize economic growth and stimulate consumption demands. According to the statistics of Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce that from January to November total retail sales of consumer goods of Sichuan have increased 11.9%, 1.3 percentage points higher than national average. 3 major activities have contributed a lot.

　　Sichuan restructures to make enterprises achieve transportation and upgrading. Enterprises adjust product structure and marketing modes to enhance competitiveness in accordance with the reverse conduction mechanism and marketing modes. Sichuan has implemented 251 3-year action plan for “One Belt and One Road” and established 187 overseas trade networks of which 57 are in countries and regions along “One Belt and One Road”.

　　Sichuan serves to promote opening and enlarge foreign trade enterprises. By now, there are over 20,000 enterprises achieved foreign trade import and export operation permission, increasing 2,900 enterprises in 2015. From January to November, about 900 enterprises have initiated exporting.

　　Sichuan serves to benefit livelihood and take good advantages to drive the poverty-striken areas out of poverty. Sichuan has organized over 100 entrepreneurs from 60 poverty-stricken counties to expand foreign market which have achieved trade volume of over 100 billion yuan.
