Biography
　　
　　Yin Li, male, Han nationality, was born in August, 1962 in Linyi, Shandong Province. Mr. Yin joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June, 1983 and started his career in September, 1987. He graduated from the Major of Health Economy and Management of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences with a PhD degree.

　　Mr. Yin Li now serves as a member of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC, Vice Secretary of Sichuan Provincial Committee of the CPC and Governor of People's Government of Sichuan Province, Secretary of the Leading Party Member's Group of Sichuan Province.

　　Steers the overall operation of the provincial government. Besides, he is in charge of auditing and thus has an assignment of directing the Department of Auditing.
