On November 23rd, Trade and Investment Working Office of Queensland Government in Chengdu was established. Mrs. Jackie Trad, Deputy Premier of Queensland, Australia, also welcomed Sichuan people to invest in Queensland. “Queensland has rich natural resources, sound infrastructures, and strong policy supporting, just like Sichuan. Queensland is also a preferred place.”

　　Half a year ago, when leaders from Queensland visited Sichuan, they had proposed to establish a working office in Chengdu. Now, the working office has been officially established. Queensland and Sichuan will dock with each other through this working office on fields including food, agriculture, infrastructure, building, resources, energy and so on.
