Top 100 Counties List for 15th National County Economy and Fundamental Competitive was released on August 22nd, in which Shuangliu County and Pi County of Sichuan were enlisted, ranking 13th and 63 respectively. While they ranked 14th and 66th respectively last year. 
 
　　In recent years, Shuangliu proposed to construct “Tianfu Technology Satellite City” and “International Airport Free Trade Zone”, and implement 5 projects, including City Transference Project, Industrial Upgrading Project, Opening Enlargement Project, Technology Innovation Project, Happiness and Harmony Project. In 2014, the regional GDP of Shuangliu amounted to 56.92 billion yuan, increasing 6.6%. Shuangliu has fixed asset investment of 44.58 billion yuan, up 0.9%, and local public revenue of 5.196 billion yuan, increasing 29.9%. While the total retail sales of consumer goods rose 11% to 14.295 billion yuan. Shuangliu has been honored the title of “Top 10 Chinese Counties of All-Round and Well-off Development” in 5 consecutive years. Pi County adhered to the implementation of “4 Enhancement Projects”, and spared no efforts to promote the construction of Chengdu Ximenkou Satellite City and Demonstration Township as well as Feature Towns. The social and economic development of Pi County has presented a stable and developing momentum. In 2014, the regional GDP of Pi County amounted to 39.3 billion yuan, increasing 9%. Pi County has fixed asset investment of 32.1 billion yuan, up 4.2%, and local public budget revenue of 4.03 billion yuan, increasing 14.2%. The urban disposable income per capita of Pi County reached to 30,445 yuan, while the rural disposable income amounted to 15,870 yuan, increasing 10% and 12.3% respectively.

　　The 3 Counties of this Top 100 List were located in Jiangsu, Jiangyin County and Kunshan County ranked first while Zhangjiagang County and Changshu County ranked second and third.
