On June 30th, reporters learned from the media briefing held in Chengdu that as the settlement of “Bashu Impression Street”, a theme street of Sichuan flavor, in Changchu, this street would be officially opened in China-Northeast Asia Expo in September.
As the first cultural theme project of Sichuan in Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Changchun, “Bashu Impression Street” imitates “Jinli”, a special business street in Chengdu, gathering well-known Sichuan and Chongqing cuisines of the original flavor, hotpot, snacks, traditional agricultural products, famous commodities, special services, tea houses and book stores.
To increase the features of Sichuan, “Bashu Impression Street” constructs in supplement in culture, architecture, commodities, styles and so on. This street is planned commercially and designed by Mrs. Zhang Lijun, director of Chengdu Traditional Cultural Protection Association.
To highlight the feature of Sichuan and overcome the storms and large temperature differences, “Bashu Impression Street” adopts zenith steel glass, with closed doors and geothermal laid on the street, which makes the street remain a certain comfortable temperature and visitors could enjoy Sichuan culture without going to Sichuan.
Currently “Bashu Impression Street” has begun investment promotion. On the briefing, business representatives signed cooperation agreement with developer, Nuoruide Group. The group also conferred honorary certificate to consultants.
