On January 20th, on the Sichuan Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Conference held in Chengdu, Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sichuan Province proposed that in 2015 they would strive to enlarge housing consumption and try to complete housing investment of 480 billion yuan increasing 10% from two aspects to help stabilize Sichuan's economic growth. 
     
     Firstly, implementing the de-administration in real estates. In 2015, Sichuan would conduct a centralized clearance on housing consumption policy of local governments, such as administrative intervening policies, canceling purchasing limitations and price cap and so on. For commodity housing project, there would be no standard ratio requirement on housing type and constructing area. Relevant officials from Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sichuan Province introduced that the rule that the ratio of small department houses with the total area of less than 90 square meters should account for over 70% of total constructing area in a city or a project would be ended, which was “beneficiary for enterprises to better meet the demands of market”.
     
     Secondly, decreasing the socks of real estate companies. In 2015, Sichuan strive to increase the ratio of monetized resettlement for urban dilapidated shanty houses to over 30% so as to decrease the stock houses. Sichuan would also encourage to hold promotion activities such as housing fairs and housing promoting fairs and so on. Besides, Sichuan would further formulate relevant encouraging policies and policies, support enterprises to expand domestic and overseas markets and strive to achieve the foreign construction output of 200 billion yuan with a year-on-year growth of 13.6%.

     To achieve these goals, Sichuan would promote the upgrade and transferring of constructing industry, accelerate to foster a large batch of comprehensive constructing enterprises and groups, strive to foster 1 company with the output over 100 billion yuan and 10 companies with the output over 10 billion yuan, enhance the research and appliance of major technologies in constructing industry, and support the areas in Chengdu and Leshan and so on to get producing ability of constructing components to some extend. Sichuan would also strengthen supervision over constructing industry and punish severely illegal activities.
