According to statistics from Chengdu Customs, import-export volume of Sichuan from January to July in 2014 has amounted to 251.01 billion yuan in total, ranking 11th in China, with a year-on-year increase of 13.8% in amount, compared with 0.2% nationwide growth. The export volume reaches 163.11 billion yuan, increasing 13.8%, compared with 1.1% nationwide growth. Besides, the import volume of Sichuan is 87.9 billion yuan, increasing 13.6%, compared with 0.8 decrease in China.

　　If valued in dollars, import-export volume of Sichuan from January to July in 2014 has amounted to 40.91 billion dollars in total, up 15.9%. The export volume is 26.59 billion dollars, increasing 16%. The import volume reaches 14.32 billion dollars, up 15.6%.

　　In July, import-export volume of Sichuan has amounted to 44.49 billion yuan in total, next only to the figure in January, increasing 34% compared 27.6% growth rate in June. The export volume is 28.81 billion yuan, with a growth of 39.5%, higher than 21.8% growth rate in June. While the import volume amounts to 15.68 billion yuan, a new record of a single month, increasing 24.9%, a little bit slower than 38% growth rate in June. If valued in dollars, import-export volume of Sichuan in July has amounted to 7.23 billion dollars in total, up 34.5%. The export volume is 4.68 billion dollars, increasing 40%. The import volume reaches 2.55 billion dollars, up 25.4%.
