On November 19th, Mr. Zhong Mian, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, vice governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, in Chengdu met Mr. Matthew Koh, president of MIS Professional Services. They discussed on how to carry out public services in minority areas and poverty-stricken areas in Sichuan.
