Biography

　　Wang Minghui, male, Han nationality, was born in Ziyang, Sichuan Province in February, 1960. He started his career in December, 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in October, 1980. He graduated from Modern Management Major of the Party School of the CPC Sichuan Committee as a master.

　　Mr. Wang now serves as Vice Governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Member of the Party Leading Group of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, Member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Office of the Leading Group for Deepening Reform of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Work Committee for Departments Directly under Sichuan Province, and Director of Confidentiality Committee of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee.
