Biography

　　Mr. Tang Limin, male, Han nationality, was born in Chongqing in October, 1958. Mr. Tang started his career in July in 1975 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June in 1982. He graduated from National Economics Major, Economic Management Department of Sichuan University and Modern Management Major of Party School of Sichuan Committee of the CPC with a master degree. He is an economist.

　　He now serves as Secretary General of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, Party Member of Sichuan Provincial People's Government, and Secretary of the Party Leading Group of General Office of Sichuan Provincial Government.

　　Responsibilities

　　He assists the governor in handling the daily affairs of People’s Government of Sichuan Province. He is responsible for digitalizing government announcements and related confidentiality. He is in charge of the General Office of People's Government of Sichuan Province (the Research Office and Counselor's Office), and Sichuan Provincial Center for Government Affairs and Resource Transaction.

　　He serves as liaison with the Sichuan Provincial Bureau of National Secrecy, and the Press Office of People's Government of Sichuan Province.
