Biography

　　Huang Yanrong, female, Han Nationality, was born in Xiaxian, Shaanxi Province in November, 1955. She started her career in August 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January, 1982. As a senior engineer, Ms. Huang holds a master’s degree of economic management from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee.

　　Ms. Huang now serves as vice governor of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government and member of the Party Leading Group of Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. 

　　1974.08-1976.12 worked as educated youth at Daxing People’s Commune of Longquan, Chengdu, Sichuan Province

　　Ms. Huang is a deputy to the 10th, 11th and 12th NPC, a member of the 9th and 10th CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, and a deputy to the 11th and 12th Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress.

　　Responsibilities

　　Responsible for affairs of education, urban and rural housing and construction, culture, radio and television, press and publication, tourism, women and children and so on. In charge of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Sichuan, Culture Department of Sichuan Province, Sichuan Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film, and Television, Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Tourism and so on. Serving as the liaison with Sichuan Provincial Communist Youth League, Sichuan Provincial Women’s Federation, Sichuan Provincial Writer's Association, Sichuan Provincial Federation of the Literature and Art Circles.
