Reporters learned from the official website of Department of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs of Sichuan Provincial People's Government that after friendly negotiations between China and Switzerland, it had been agreed to establish Consulate General of Switzerland in Chengdu. This is the third consulate generals in Mainland China with the consulate coverage area of Sichuan, Guizhong, Yunnan and Chongqing.
